Devin McLaughlin, a profound musician
began playing drums at the age of 8 years
old & the Bass Guitar when he turned 13.
Since then, Devin has become one of the
most sought after musicians in the
Carolinas. Devin's musical background also
began in the church, He plays 6 different
instruments and has a deep love &
appreciation for all genres of music.

He has performed alongside some of the
greatest musicians & vocalists including
national recording artists Glen Jones, BeBe
King, Twinkie Clark, Calvin Richardson and
more!

When Devin enters into his 'zone', all eyes
on him.... as he pours out the most soulful
rythmn & bass line, accompanied by a
musical 'swag' that only Devin can bring!

Cory McClure, a Charlotte native & self
taught musician, began his musical
experiences in the church. Since then,
Cory has developed into a profound &
multitalented instrumentalist. He is well
versed on both drums and keys for
several genres of music but he has also
had some experience with several brass
instruments. He is a Producer and has
toured internationally with Kenny Carr and
has served as Musical Director for Horace
Brown, playing alongside some very
popular musicians and vocalists.

Cory is lead drummer but he can also be
heard playing with 'Soulganic', as well as
'Cookie' a popular cover band in the area.

Cory's committment to the music is
unparalleled and his smooth, neo-soul &
funk style of playing compliments the
Unkommmon flava'.

He continues to perfect music making his mark
as a producer, emerging artist and musical
director. Chad acknowledges his foundation
continued to build as he worked with Gospel
artists and producers; Pastor John P. Kee
(V.I.P), Richard Odom, Patrick Love, and
Grammy Award Producer, Cedric Thompson.
As the Co-Creator and MD, performing on
"keys' his unique style of music often blends a
variety of music genres into one distinct
inspiring sound. Chad Forte' is undoubtedly
one of the greatest upcoming producers in the
industry. If you haven't already experienced it,

Chad "Maestro" Forte'.

The band lead by Charlotte's Saxophone Sensation - 'Shableek', is one of the most demanded bands in the Carolinas. Not your
average band, but an exceptional Contemporary Jazz - Soul - Rhythm & Blues group with a distinct & 'Uncommon' musical
sound they refer to as 'smash-mouth jazz. 'The band has a unique non-traditional and uncommon jazz sound giving them a style
that sets them apart from any other band. From their youth, each member's extensive musical talents originated in the church,
which cultivates their gospel-influenced blend of R&B, blues, and soulful jazz tones. The band has played major festivals
throughout the Carolinas and they've opened for major recording artists, such as Floetry, Lyfe Jennings, Mint Condition, Kem
George Duke and other national acts. Their live performances radiate energy and their passion for music is felt on every song!!
The group was originally comprised of Shan "Shableek" Richardson, Chad Forte', Will Gillespie,Demond Cory, Shamon Scull,
Derrick Friday and Jamon on Vocals. As the years have passed, other faithful members including Johnny (Jay) Gillard and
Ernest Priester, as well as several original members have pursued other musical opportunities and are thriving with various
groups/bands throughout North Carolina.
